Returns & Exchanges

At Eleven O One, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You can email sales@elevenoone.in for requests, these are processed within 48-72 hours.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from any smells of perfume or detergents with original tags attached, and must pass our in house quality check.

All returns take 10-14 days to reach us and are checked thereafter. 

Refunds reflect in your account within 10 working days (minus shipping).

Sale items can't be returned, only exchanged for size or style of the same or higher value (customer covers return shipping).

All Cash On Delivery refunds go to bank accounts, please share the beneficiary name, account number, and IFSC code for these to be processed.
